Every year the Riverbend NICU has a reunion. We didn't go last year because we had only been home from the hospital for a week or two. This year we were anticipating it for a while. My Mom was able to come up for that week too, which was great since she was there with us at the hospital the entire time. We got to visit with the doctors and nurses and have snacks. There were lots of things for the kids to do. We just enjoyed the morning on the lawn and reminisced about the past year.
