The boys and I planned a trip to CA in late July for several reason, My Dad's 60 birthday, a trip to Fresno to visit Cheryl and celeblate my 32 birthday. What I didn't come down to do was work! On my birthday I recevied a phone call that our rental in Shasta Lake City had to have some work done. My vacation with my sister was cut short and we headed north to assess the damages.
We found the deck completly worn out and unsafe. Thankfully I have a brother that knows a thing or two about construction or in our case deconstruction. Travis helped me more than I could have ever asked for. He and his wife Karen and good friend Dennis were there all weekend to do whatever we needed.
There was a lot I needed.
Chris also came down from Oregon and my Dad was there too. Grandma was gracious enough to babysit all weekend so that we could get our work done.
Thanks to everyone that helped I would be lost without great family like you!
